I live in Texas where it is currently 98 degrees outside. I was about 30 minutes from home when all of a sudden the a/c, power windows, stereo, and turn signals stopped working. The drive home was miserable with absolutely no air circulation! Could this be as simple as a fuse?

Yes it could be. Check the fuses and relays to each of the affected systems. Check for fuses in both the underhood and interior fuse boxes.
Let me know if you find a bad fuse or relay as being the problem. Thanks.
