My SUV was in an accident and the seat belts are now locked. I have found websites online advertising that they can repair seat belts to factory standards. Can such a thing be done? Thanks in advance for a speedy reply.

Since this is a safety device, I recommend that you replace the damaged parts with new, factory parts. If you think about it, the only way you will know if the repaired belts work properly is if you are in another accident. At that point, it may be too late. This is something I would want new and a factory part.
