A socket extension fell against both terminals of the battery and now the car won't start. I jumped it and ran for 20 min before stalling. Did I fry the battery or the larger 120A fuse? Or possibly worse? All the electronics seemed to work while car was running after being jumped before it stalled. After it stalled it is completely dead.

If the extension fell between the terminals, that shouldn't have hurt any of the electronics on the car. However, the battery is a different issue. First, make sure that the battery terminals are clean and tight. If they are, remove the battery and have it tested. It may be damaged and not charging to keep the vehicle running.

Let me know what you find.
