vibration in power steering

Why is there vibration and a quivering murmurs from my power steering whenever I make a turn, either left or right on my Rolls Royce Phantom ( 2009 Model ) . This noise has occurred since new. Agent still unable to rectify even to this day.

this can be several things. It can be apower steering pup not givin g right pressure or the valve inside tomaintain pressure is alittl out of speck. it can also be the steering unit having a bad seal or it also being out of spec as well.does it do this all the time or just when stopped? it may also be the wrong fluid in thesystem. Have the agent check for TSB's as there may be an update for the vehicle.
