2009 Nissan Versa RPM GAUGE NEEDLE

Hey, I met a strange thing and it happened once and with no reason and never happened before or even after that, the problem was I was parking my car in a hot weather and sun and when I get in the car I turned the car on for moments then I ignited it and I found the rpm needle still stuck at zero for 2 seconds maybe after start up and engine and every thing was running great and no other odd things and after the 2 seconds it rose to the idle rpm which 1k normally and nothing happened so I wanted to check it back so I turned the car off and then back on it worked everything normal and even on my way back home I stopped 2 or 3 times to be more sure but nothing happened and worked normally !
