Click sound from tentioner pulley or compressor

"i have ford escape hybrid 2009,70000 miles.
it produce click from tensioner pulley when AC is on, I think this is normal but I also noticed same click from same place durin acceleration, some say it is compressor but it is from tensioner, it is a click. Wat to do to fix it any other question I need to answer to give more accurate diagnosis of problem. Wat to do or fix. Thanx
