Your best bet is to visit a salvage yard and take the piece with you. They will have books that show the part, and they have interchange guides that will list the part with their own code number, then you look that number up in the back of the book and it will tell you all the car years and models that part can be found on.
You can find the part in the drawings in the books at the dealership too. The part will be a lot less expensive at a salvage yard, especially if you have one of the "pick-your-own-parts" yards nearby. Your vehicle might be a little too new to be found in one of those yards, but it doesn't hurt to ask. What you're describing sounds like something that is only going to be in demand for people repairing front end damage from a crash. Parts with little demand usually don't cost very much.
