car shakes

have a 2008 nissan altima and it started shaken this morning after driving 60 mph on the highway

Did the check engine light come on? NOTE: Most all sensors are emissions related. The vehicle has a 5 year 50K emissions warranty. Before replacing things at a shop, make sure you can't get it done for free at a dealer.
