Engine Computer, wiring harness, Body Computer, instrument cluster will be different. The radiator will be different but you just don't use the transmission cooler if it's built in. Crankshaft may need to be drilled for the pilot bearing. That requires its removal to take it to an engine machine shop.
As someone who has swapped a few engines and watched people swap transmissions, I can tell you with 99 percent chance of being right, your car will end up with a "For Sale As Is" sign in the window after you give up and the car is wrecked. Experienced mechanics who know more then I do wouldn't attempt this swap.
