2008 Mazda 6 Front Turn Light quit working

The car was involved an front end accident, hitting on a fence and driver side head light was crashed, driver site fender panel bended. We managed to replace driver side headlight assamblely. But bot the front turn signal are not working, dash board arrow flashing(both direction). Tested signal light bulb was ok.
This was found happens sometimes since the accident.

check for damaged wires in area of accident damage like the wires may be shorted out to ground. or cut
