Misalignment causes tire wear, pulling, and an off-center steering wheel, not vibrations and shaking. First, look for mud impacted behind a wheel. Check also for the presence of a steering stabilizer. That looks like a shock absorber laying on its side, connected between the steering linkage and the frame. If it is leaking oil it should be replaced.
Did you ask for an alignment or to have the shaking diagnosed? If you just asked for an alignment, they would only test drive it for a short distance to verify the steering wheel was straight. If you asked to have the shaking repaired, they should have noticed on the test drive that they hadn't solved the problem.
