Not sure which car would be best based on age/mileage, assuming the condition of each vehicle is similar. An 08 with 27k at $14,900; an 09 with 32k at $15,900; or a 2010 with 38k at $15,700. I'm not a care person at all, so I don't know how to judge the importance of the mileage vs age of a vehicle.

First, never offer to pay what they are asking for the car. As far as mileage, they are all somewhat low. I would go for the lowest mileage unless there is still factory warranty on the newer ones. Check that and let me know. As far as the prices you listed, if that is the asking price, make sure to offer them much less. For example, the 07 with 28K, if they are asking 14,900.00 offer them 13,500.00. They will be sure to say they can't do it, but then force them to negotiate to as close to 13, 5 and you can get.

Let me know if you have other questions.

The factory warranty on chargers, as far as I've ever known, is 3 years or 30,000 miles. So the lowest mileage may still be under warranty for a short time until it hits the 3 year mark, or gets another 3k put on it. The oldest is the color that I prefer of the three, with the other two being colors that I like. I was just concerned with it being almost 3 years old already, I want to make sure that the age of the vehicle doesn't necessarily affect the reliability when it's only a year or two. I have yet to look at them, but I thought I'd get the opinion of someone who knew much more than me!

If I recall it's 3 years / 36K. Regardless, only a year or two shouldn't have an affect on reliability if it was taken care of. That is the one factor that we never know when getting a used car.
