The horn no longer works properly. When I press the horn, or lock the doors with the FOB, the horn gives a quick, weak-sounding beep, but I can't get a normal honk. I have replaced the contact to the horn itself, but it does the same thing. Occasionally the horn will work, but for the most part it only gives a short beep.

One of the horns is probably shorted. Unplug one, then listen if the other one is louder. It will sound off-key but it will be loud. A shorted horn typically blows the fuse but if the contact inside it is sticking it can make odd-sounding thump.
