Citroen C3 backseat safetybelt jammed

My Citroen C3 backseat middle safetybelt is jammed, the seat cannot not stand straight on the right but the left side of the seat is straight. I have read through the manual book and I cannot find any answer on how to fix the sit, please assist.

you will have to remove and replace the seatbelt and mechanism with new
