2008 Chrysler Sebring Codes P0642 and U1403

I changed the evaporator on my car took it for a test drive it was driving perfect. Parked it up went to start it last night it was turning over but not staying on. Left it till this morning again went back to try and start it. Still wouldn't start then I got the codes p0642 and u1403. Can you please tell me what these codes mean and how to get it fixed

One code is a fuel isn't going to engine and deals with a can b and c bus problem. The other is fuel level sensor. You may have a pinched wire or wires causing the problem when you put dash back in or heater. Check for that. It may be shorted.
