How do I test for PO452 on 2008 PT Cruiser how do begin and what tools do need to preform the testing this car was also in a flood any ideas if I need to test feal tank sensor or nvld sensor, do I need to drop the gas tank?

First thing you will need to do, is use a scan tool and see if the code is throwing while its running. This will help determine if its a vacuum pump, NLVD solenoid, EVAP Purge solenoid, NLVD assembly.
