Have a hard time believing all that needs done at 60+K miles. Price is WAY to much suggest you get a second opinion NOT normal wear. What is vehicle doing that caused you to seek repair?

50k is the recommended time for struts and shocks. they may appear to be ok externally but they are not performing the way they were when they were new.
price is way high. what is the price in us money??
