My AC works fine at idle. Once the rpms reach about 3000 when accelerating the ac stops cooling. I hooked a pressure gauge to the cars ac system and the pressure is normal at idle. Once you accelerate the pressure drops very low. After the car idles for a minute or so the pressure returns to normal. Also the cooling fans start running at high speed when the ac is turned on (that's new).

You need to have the system analyzed by and AC specialist. You can't diagnose anything with those junk gauges that come with the death kits. It sounds like you may have a restriction but you need an expert to troubleshoot it.
