Took car to dealer regarding rough transition with transmission at 60mph. Dealer found nothing wrong with transmission but found a leak in water pump and suggested a tune-up. Had them do both. When I got the car back I noticed a hesitation and jerking when slowly accelerating. Also, when sitting at a stop light/sign the car would jerk slightly. Took it back to the dealer. They replaced MAF sensor. The computer readouts were perfect. Problem still exist. The only other thing they could find was a cracked motor mount. They said that could cause the problem but recommended not doing anything unless is got worse. I'm not so confident.

Take it back again it mat be a cracked plug boot if it didn't do it before then it shouldn't have from a tune up. If still not satisfied call Chevrolet on 800 number and complain. But do not mention that to dealer that originally fixed it

Called dealer and requested that they check for cracked plug boot as you suggested. They informed me that if the plug boot was cracked the jerking/hesitation would happen while driving down the road. UGH!

That isn't what I meant call Chevrolet at their 800 number not the dealer see if they can help you out, if it did not do this prior to tune up then something got screwed up. They (Chevrolet) will probably make them take another look at what or why it's still doing it.
