Hi. I have a problem with the cooling fans that stop working from time to time. I've had both fans changed and the fuse box changed as the wiring was found molten and causing short circuit on those components. The car came back cooling fine. The car ran for 2 weeks and the problem is back. While I'm driving the engine temperature picks up and on inspection I find that the fans are not turning. If I open the fuse box and touch the relay by shacking it a little 1 fan starts but the other one doesn't. All the fuses and relays are 2 weeks old. Mechanics seem to be failing to fix this problem and I'm loosing more money on this problem.

You have a poor connection somewhere at the fuse box and would need to remove it for further inspection. The cooling fans uses a rather high current and this builds up heat if any connection is poor. Over time this can result in intermittent loss of connectivity and thus the problem you are encountering.
