08 mdx, 75000 never maintained ;after at least an hour high speed turnpike driving ,on deceleration smoke pours out exhaust for 5 or so seconds. something cuts off and it stops. after long drive home car sitting for any length of time ,especially overnight ,major smoke for again about 5 or so seconds.seems like because of the deceleration ,a vacumn must be involved ,either pcv or egr .any ideas??

it could be a pcv but if it's never been maintained it can be a clogged head drain and bad valve seals. that is the more likely cause. At least valve seals. this can be doen without pulling the engine in most cases. every time you are talking about seeingoil is in high vacuum cases.

what kind/weight of oil are you using? if the previous owner used a non detergent oil this can leave heavy depsosits all thru engine.
