2007 Vauxhall Vectra clutch problem

hi there.
i have a vauxhall vectra and i put in a second hand gearbox and put in new clutch kit,csc slave cylinder,master cylinder and all clutch pipes, i have bleed the system and have no air in system.but when i start the car i cant get in gear,but with car not running it goes in gear ok.i can then start car while in gear and when i lift up clutch it drives.

we have no info on this car as it is not in US. but this has to be similar to our cobalt. pic show proper bleed procedure which means you need a vacuum pump and manual bleeding is NOT SUPPORTED so follow the directions I"m sending in pics.
