After cleaning throttle and IAC on Corolla do we have to adjust IAC to adjust RPM?

I'm having corolla with 2NZ-FE engine. Factory setting of corolla in this model is at idle on leaving the pedal RPM stays at 1000 when fully stopped it moves gently to 800. But in my case RPM comes directly to 800 and at full stop it goes down to 700 or 730, this is the situation after throttle cleaning. I want to have my factory setting back, there are no vacuum leaks.

Don't touch nothing the computer does it automatically unless you have disconnected the battery-then it has to relearn itself
