What is the problem for engine oil drained?

Two days before I met little accident. At the time of incident my car's front bottom of parts damaged, I think. Car's oil leaked out fully immediately(other than that car didnt had single scratch). But engine was running, not stopped. I called service center, they said turn off engine. But still they dont say what happens to the car.

You need to get underneath it and investigate where its leaking then report back your findings

IF THE ENGINE RAN VERY LONG WITHOUT LUBRICATION, ENGINE BEARINGS AND "JOURNALS" MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED---OTHER CRITICAL MOVING PARTS ALSO. IF THE ENGINE WAS KNOCKING, SQUEALING, ETC BEFORE YOU SHUT IT OFF IT MAY NOT BE A GOOD THING. THE ENGINE MIGHT BE REPAIRABLE OR IT MAY BE DESTROYED
