My headlight turned off on the passengers side I.

My headlight turned off on the passengers side I replaced the light bulb nothing I replaced the whole assembly all the lights work but the lo beam dose not I checked the fuse and it was good I just don't know what to do do I need to take it to a auto elec. Shop or is there something else I should check

First make sure there is voltage going to the light. You can use a static light for this. All it is is a small light bulb in a housing with a point and aligator clip on the end. Clip it on a good ground and check the headlight wire for voltage. If it lights check the ground on the headlight assembly.
