my 2007 jeep, wrangler starts shacking bad when i hit bumps. it last for a few seconds, it happens around 55-60 mph

That type of problem is common to the Wrangler because of the type of suspension. Any looseness in the steering linkage or the lateral rods will translate to a shimmy over bumps as you are getting. Have the steering and suspension inspected carefully. Also check the steering stabilizer which looks like a shock absorber attached to the steering linkage. It is there for the sole purpose of controlling this type of shimmy. Also make sure the tires are balanced well and not out of round at all.
