Won't start or turn over

I have a 2007 ford taurus and it won't start or turn over. I tried going from park to neutral to first gear and back to park and I still get nothing. My battery is fully charged. I'm also getting a loud beeping noise when I turn the key. What is this problem and how do I go about trying to fix it.

It sounds like you have a starter motor going out or the security system is enabled. Is the alarm light blinking? if so lets reset the alarm follow this guide.
