2007 Dodge Nitro Electrical malfunction

Hi there,

Yesterday afternoon I turned my car on and the windshield wipers went off and wouldn't stop also the headlights turned on without human intervention and only turn off once engine is off. The toggles to control the indicators and adjustment of lights seem to have no power whatsoever as well, your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
