My serpentine belt tension arm pulley has melted down and I need to change it. The wheel is facing inward towards the engine though, and it eaves no room for any tool to get to the bolt holding the wheel to the arm. How do I take out the wheel and put in a new one?

You remove and replace the whole tensioner.

Can you give me step by step instructions on how to do this properly. Please. Cause somebody told me the spring in the tensioner can pop out and hurt someone bad.

It will not come apart.
Just remove the one center bolt.
