2007 Chevrolet HHR knocksencer

I have engine light on had code read and it said bad knock sencer. I have replaced the sencer and unhooked the battery for 15 minutes light was off for 2 minutes and came back on and code say it needs knock sencer
my question is why and how do I keep loght off ther is no knocking that can be herd by my ears

You do get answers, but we get thousands of questions. It's been an hour since you asked. Since you replaced the sensor and the light has remained on with the same code, you need to check the wiring to the sensor. Check for cracks, anything melted, corrosion. See if there is any power from the wiring.
