When I press the horn on the steering wheel the horn don't make any sound, I would like to check the fuses and horn relay but I don't know where the fuses panel box and horn relay and horn located on this car. I look under the dash on the driver side for a fuses panel box but I didn't see one where could it be located on this car.

The horn fuse should be in the under hood fuse box drivers side. Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

Check the fuse first then under the left head light find the horn. The black wire at the horn should be a constant ground. The dark green wire should have power when pressing the horn.

Is there power to both sides of the horn fuse? Also look at the top of the horn relay you will see terminal diagram on it. Remove the relay from the fuse box and match the terminals to the fuse box. Now on the fuse box where the relay went in terminal N5 should have a ground when pressing the horn button.M7 should have power and terminal N7 should have power.
