2006 SAAB 93 AERO V6, 2.8L. Recently getting P0089 - duty cycle faults. Starts and runs OK. Around 60 mph must downshift to accelerate, otherwise engine jerks like an ignition is too early. Where should i start?

Couple of times there were P0087 fuel pressure faults, but now that is only P0089.

is there such a thing as a pressure regulator? That is a V6 2.8L, I was thinking that is a PWM pump with no return lines?
