It may be coming from steering column or the motor mounts are worn

Thereis a tsb on a part on steering column and the only way is to change the part it's called the intermediate shaft. If you car has a miss it will of courses set up a vibration as well it cold be axle shafts or wheel bearings so have those checked as well

Ok, is the intermediate shaft something I can fix or should I have a mechanic look at the intermediate shaft and he should be able to say if it needs replaced or not?
