I'm having a problem with this car going dead on the road. After restarting it, it will spit and sputter then after a while finally idels right and will go appox 1/4 mile and do it again. Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

No, nothing is showing. I was wondering if it could be the relay.

This pathfinder came in with the shudder problem that alot of them do with the radiator fluid leaking into the tranny. Radiator was replaced, torque converter, shift kit, and the kitchen sink. The problem is it is still shuddering and I can't find a solution anywhere. I just don't know what else to do.

I have a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. After the car gets warm and I drive it for a period of time, when I put the car in reverse it jumps and sputters and the motor tries to die and sometimes does.

I have had my car at a repair shop several times and numerous things have been done but the problem is not solved, any suggestions.

Check the air intake tube of tears, if okay, go to a transmission shop they have the EQ to check it out-get it tested.
