Hi,
The code indicates an issue with the bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. Before you simply replace the sensor, confirm there are no wiring issues. It isn't uncommon for the wiring to be damaged from heat. Also, confirm the connector is tight, clean, and not damaged. Additionally, there are other things that can cause this code. For example, low fuel pressure, a vacuum leak, exhaust leaks, and so on can set this code.
As far as location, it is under the vehicle approx midway on the exhaust system. See pic 1.
