Radio buttons not working

Okay, so my radio was working just fine. But out of nowhere it changed stations. (I have a plug in Bluetooth that uses an empty radio frequency). I was able to change it back once. Now no buttons on my radio work at all. Only the volume will go up and down. I still have sound, but it is stuck on one station. I can only change from AM, FM, and CD mode on my steering wheel. Is there any way I can fix this without getting a new radio?

Hi,

It sounds like something shorted internally. If you remove the Bluetooth from the vehicle, does it make a difference? Also, is this a Bluetooth that plugs into a power output? If it is, power it completely off to see if it changes anything. If it doesn't. It sounds like the radio itself has shorted internally.

Let me know.

Joe
