they could not repair it because they are not so qualified for that, even they

If they only drained and refilled the coolant there's one problem they should have flushed it all out.So is it oil or transmission fluid?

they said transmission fluid, they have flushed it and refilled with clean coolant, I used it for some days was every thing ok , but the problem uncured again ( overheating , the coolant was going out very hot from the engine mixed with liquid like mayonnaise, ) now the engine starts normal
no any indication of up-normality only after some minutes the mayonnaise
starts to come out again.

If its transmission fluid then I would say its for sure the transmission cooler on the radiator leaking into coolant.I cant tell you what went wrong seeing the new one fail so quickly would be pretty unlikely it is possible though.Iam sure if jag has a problem with those I know jags overal do have a lot issues. So you are the radiator was actually changed?Because if it wasnt that would explain alot.

once the guarantee period finished , they told me to change the engine
on my cost, here strange things happens, you know what they were planning to do, they want me to buy new engine , and they take my engine to
sell it to somebody else, because usually clients do not take the old parts of
a repaired car, but because I am an aircraft engineer, and I know this kind
of job, they could not cheat me, if you talk to these people working in Jaguar
Maroc and you smile to them you have to count your teeth afterwards , best regards
