I have replaced brake pads on cars previously but this is the first time on my 2006 Hyundai azera at 65,000 miles. Anything I need to do special on replacing the front pads? I think the rotors are fine as I haven't experienced any brake chatter. Do I need to use Hyundai pads or are good aftermarket pads ok?
Thanks for your help.

They are a straight forward set up. If you have replaced front brakes before, you shouldn't have any trouble. Here is a how to for directions if you need it:

As far as pads, if you plan to keep the car for a long time, I always recommend getting lifetime pads at a nationally recognized parts store. That way, you only have to pay once for them. You don't have to get the factory pads.

Let me know if you have other questions.
