They are a straight forward set up. If you have replaced front brakes before, you shouldn't have any trouble. Here is a how to for directions if you need it:

As far as pads, if you plan to keep the car for a long time, I always recommend getting lifetime pads at a nationally recognized parts store. That way, you only have to pay once for them. You don't have to get the factory pads.
