how to adjust left front door

a gust of wind blew the door out of my wifes hand.now it barely hits the back of the front fender.how do correct this?i was a tech in a nissan dealership for 12 yrs. but not a bodyman.any help would be greatful.

the hinges appear to be bolted on.can you bend or adjust them back into position?like isaid it is barely hitting.

Unfortunately, the likely thing that you are going to have to do is replace the hinges.

Once these are a hyper extended like this, they rarely go back in place.

I am attaching the info below from the manual on how to do this.

However, if you want to get some pictures of what you are dealing with then I am sure we can confirm that replacement is required.
