2006 Holden Astra Thudding noise when I break

Hi there, I got my front break pads, disks and roaters changed 1 week ago, aswell as 2 new tyres. I have just gone to move my car in the rain and when I press on the breaks, my car makes a really really loud Thudding noise inside the car, I had my friend stand outside and listen and she descibed it to sound like a rusty door hinge on the outside and advised its coming from the front and back? Any suggestions as to what this could be? I really cant afford another trip to the mechanics, I have it booked in for next week to get my back break disks changed as the mechanic said my back disks are 7.3mm and need changing. Could it be this?
im really worried.
