The common ones are called "Hollander" Guides, and they're real expensive. Almost any salvage yard will have them. You look up the part in the section for your year and model, and it will list a code number for that part. Then you look up that number in the back of the book and it will list all the years and models that use that part.
You can also use a web site to look up the part numbers for your car, then look up the same part for a similar car you found in a salvage yard, to see if the numbers are the same. I use the Rock Auto web site for reference quite a bit.
Ford has a bad reputation for not making replacement parts available after just a few years, but that only causes a problem for things like interior trim panels. Most other stuff is made by aftermarket manufacturers. Wheel bearings will be available through them for decades to come.
