2006 Ford Fiesta 2 mechanics 2 diferent diognosis HELP

Hi, guys need help, got my Fiesta 2006 1.4 diesel checked by mechanic and he said that Turbo will go soon because there is some oil smudges on some engine parts as you ca see in pictures. So I was very upset and let other mechanic to look in to that and he said no that's completely fine because he can see someone already had been working on it and some oil smudges can appear because silicon didn't hold well and I don't have to worry about it. So here is my pictures - please can anyone confirm any of these theories or tell me what checks I need to get done on my car.

I would just wash the engine down and do an oil consumption test, a bit of sweating around joints is no big deal, just as long as the oil consumption is ok.

Ok good way to go, but keep an eye on the oil consumption, if the turbo starts leaking oil it will burn it at a very fast rate, and you will see oil spots on the back of the car as oil is ejected out the exhaust.
