2006 Ford Expedition caliper

i am trying to replace the front brake pads and their can not get the caliper off of the rotor .. the pins are out but it will nbot budg.. i think the brackets on back of the old pad are within the pistons of the caliper and i dont know if this is why it wont come off ? help this is a eddie bauer if that matters

Have you loostened the brake pads within the caliper?

what size allen wrench do i need to remove the front calipers?
