Rough sounds coming from under the vehicle, harder to accel

2006 - Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 - I was driving, hit a bump, and now my truck sounds rough when I accelerate, and it's harder to accelerate. It sounds like trucks with loud modified exhaust systems. It's coming from the middle, underneath the vehicle. It still runs rough when the vehicle is in park and neutral. There is no odd noises while idling.

Check to make sure there was no damage to the exhaust system. Also, if all looks good, take a rubber mallet and tap on the system to see if there are any loose components inside the system such as the catalytic converter.
