2006 Chrysler Grand Voyager plug missing

In the picture is they a plug missing from the hole (Circled in RED) at the bottom Right hand-side of the pictures or is this normal for a Chrysler grand voyager 2006. This is on the left hand-side of the car.

Many vehicles are wired for features that they are not equipped with so unless you have a problem or warning light indicating an issue in the area, I wouldn't worry about it.
