U-joints are the most likely suspects. You can check them for looseness by twisting on the drive shaft while the truck is in neutral and the wheels are blocked, but a joint can be tight too. You have to remove the shaft to check for that. Tight joints will also often have a reddish-colored powder around one of the bearing cups.
