I need to replace the vapor canister vent solenoid?

I need to replace the vapor canister vent solenoid on my truck.Is this a job I can do myself and could use some pointers if there is anything tricky about the job.I see that it rests on some kind of bracket,is this hard to take off?Thanks

the evap vent valve is not in front of the tank, it's on the canister to the rear of the tank above the front of the spare tire it's just a bolt in and disconnect electrical. It is #5 in the image below. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
