You can go to a dealership and ask to see, "Service Bulletins" which are updates that are not safety related and so they are not required to send them to owner. Ask for them in service department and if you find anything you can try to get it for at least a discount. However, it is old and it is a wear item so it will be a tough battle. You will probably end up paying for it in the end. The estimation program I have does not have that particular service in it so it would depend on how it was done.
It should take 8-12 hours to replace all the bushings, they all must be replaced as the older ones will fail if they aren't yet and destroy the new one, and that number of hours is multiplied by whatever labor rate your repair shop charges. Most shops are nearing $100 and hour but you can find chaeper ones. That means it could be $1200.00 in labor, but that is high end, $800.00 is closer to what you should expect. The parts should be less than $80.00 and then with misc. And tax it would be about $1000.00.
