It's on a 3.6l csx model. It looks like the whole housing has to be replaced?

I did look up thermostat, in one of my partsbooks. It didn't show a thermostat by itself. It showed the whole housing. What does your parts supplier have to say about it? You did mean csx, correct?

I got your engine size and model, now, I'll double check. Do you need the instructions? I'll see if I can find a picture?

If your parts provider has the thermostat housing look at it. If the thermostat doesn't come with the housing. Then only purchase the thermostat.

The partsbook I looked at doesn't show a separate thermostat.
