relay air conditioner

2005 Saturn relay air conditioner does not blow cold air. I double checked the freon level to. Compressor works and the blower comes on. It just blows hot air. I've heard that there is a power switch that could solve this problem 9 out of 10 times. But where is it?

So how do you know you have the correct charge amount in the system?Also If the compressor comes on when turning on the ac you need to see what the high and low pressure reading are?

I had a gauge on it and its full after I made sure it had Freon.
